Thank you for ordering  engine oil from Pure Oil BD. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any purchase please refer to Our policy of refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased from Us.

  • “You” means the individual, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order by providing a valid reason for doing so before the Order delivery.
You can cancel Your Order within 24 hours after placing the Order. Before taking the product in your possession or before the product is delivered, You may cancel an order.

Refunds

We will reimburse You no later than 14 working days if You paid via online payment and Your Order is marked as canceled. For reimbursement, We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and We will not bear the payment gateway charge or any such fees for the reimbursement.

Shipping returns

Once an Order is marked delivered, there is no scope for returning the Goods. You are requested to perform a thorough assessment of the Goods during the delivery. If You are not satisfied with the Goods, please return them immediately to the delivery person. If You have received the Goods and the Order is marked delivered, You would not be able to return the Goods.
